We love taking care of the birds in our yard. The kids painted birdhouses (thank you Target Dollar Spot). We then covered them with clear ModPodge for outdoors so the paint would not run off or fade too quickly.
The kids filled them with things around the yard they thought the birds would like in their cozy little nests.
Finally, we found the perfect spots in our trees to perch them in hopes that a bird or two might visit.
