BLUEBERRIES!

The kids and i have been looking forward to our appointment at Herndon Farm to pick blueberries.  We all set to work and picked two gallons in record time! Made  super yummy Mini Lemon Pie with a blueberry sauce on top!

Father's Day

We had a super awesome, homemade father's day to celebrate our dear Daddy.  Kate made waffles from scratch and we put together a fun brunch.  Then we hit the trails and played in the river.  We finished off the day with a homemade dinner of saag paneer and mini key lime pies with Mimi.

Summer Tinkering

 Our first week of summer with filled with lots of time creating and tinkering around the house and outside, writing stories, reading new books, waving to the Tampa crew as they passed through NC on their way to Maine, sleepover party at our house with Mimi and we got super excited about making our own Poke Bowls.
