Easter Hat Parade

Oh So Cute...
Kate & Max had an Easter Hat parade and Egg Hunt at preschool.  They had been telling me about their hats for weeks.  Last week they went to chapel and told me "Easter is about celebrating Jesus" - Go Baptist Preschool! Mimi made a surprise appearance! The whole thing was just adorable.

SO MUCH FUN!!!

5 Months

Our cutie patootie is 5 months old! She has settled into a nice routine. The evening screams have subsided for now.  She seems to have a preference for me currently.  :) She gnaws on everything.  Her clothes are soaked with drool.  Anna seems to like ALL of her toys including the exersaucer, jump-n-go, play mat, bumbo and anything that makes music.  She definitely reaches for, transfers, and manipulates things in her hands.  She can put her passie in her mouth but prefers the ribbon attached to the passie more times than not.  She loves being in the baby bjorn facing out and in the jogger without the car seat.  Anna coos to get our attention and has a fantastic giggle.  She just started blowing bubbles this week and will open her mouth to 'give kisses'.

Our happy little girl!

Anna adores her big brother and sister - lighting up when they talk to her and following their every move. Kate & Max think she is so much fun.  They ask me to put her in her exersaucer, bumbo, and jump-n-go so they can interact with her and push all the buttons on her toys!  Max has recently been needing to give Anna extra kisses and hugs and I hear him say, "aw, Baby Anna!"  On the way home the other day, we turned off the radio to listen to everything Anna had to say and she had us all giggling and Kate saying, "good Anna, tell us more!"

Cheap Labor

Mr. Paul, our next door neighbor, was diligently working on spreading a large pile of mulch.  The next thing we know, Max had disappeared (I actually knew he was in the garage) and reappeared with his wheelbarrow and tools ready to help Mr Paul.  He fell right in line filling up his wheelbarrow, sloshing through mud and spreading it.  Before long, three neighbor boys and Juliana were all helping.  The entire project was done in less than an hour!  Max actually cried when the pile was gone - bless his heart! :)

This is the extent to which Kate helped.  Then her shoes got dirty and she quickly found her Hello Kitty boots and nestled in a chair with  bowl of fishies!

Parks

You know how I love to visit our parks.
The weather has been PERFECT park weather every day!
The kids come home filthy and happy!

Jump-n-Go

We added the Jump-n-Go to the circuit a couple of weeks ago.
It makes play time and bath time more fun for everyone!

Anna May's Baptism

Anna May Kranz was baptized March 11, 2012 at the Carolina Inn by Susan Adam.  She was blessed by her Great Grandmother's, Anna Mae, Holy Water given to her by the late Helen Ritt.  Anna was surrounded by her family, grandparents, and Godparents, Elizabeth and Bill Welch.

Words can not describe the meaning that went into this special day.  Our little girl is very blessed to be a Child of God and loved by so many.  We are especially thankful to everyone for making this a very memorable weekend whether you were with us in person or spirit.

I will try to capture the spirit of the day with a pictures that our friend Shannon thoughtfully took for us.
