We had a wonderful day even though we missed our Daddy very much. Peter headed to DC for a bachelor weekend with his brothers. The kids and I went to two fourth of July celebrations! The town of Apex throws a very simple celebration with a carnival stuff, a parade and a water works grand finale put on by the fire department which the kids LOVED, LOVED, LOVED!!!
