YAY for Max!

Max has been going to physical therapy for six months and has made "impressive progress" according to his physical therapist Dr. Laura.  For whatever reason Max has always struggled with his leg strength.  By the time he was four we were noticing a larger gap between him and his peers when it came to running, riding bikes, climbing, etc.  We decided to give PT a try... and we have been making noticeable progress especially this summer.  My hypothesis is that the pool, swim lessons, gymnastics camp and extra park time have all helped boost his strength and endurance this summer!

Here is Max doing some of his "exercises" at physical therapy.  In a nutshell, PT is a very structured play time with a lot of repetition.

Max, we are so proud of your hard work, focus and determination!
