We went to a fabulous birthday party at the Museum of Life and Science for Mika and Mackenzie. The museum idea was wonderful. We had a room in the Butterfly House where all the festivities took place. An animal keeper brought in a real Owl for us to learn about, we made an owl puppet, opened a pinata, an enjoyed the most beautiful owl cakes! Kudos to Carol for making and decorating not one but two owl cakes. Then we had all day admission to the entire museum. It was such a nice day that we spent all of our extra time outside!
