Our Saturday family activity was recommended by a friend - American Tobacco District. It is this really cool area downtown Durham next to the Durham Bulls Ballpark. It is gorgeous with waterfalls everywhere, beautifully landscaped, several fun restaurants, and a wedding and ballgame were also occurring. So the kids were thrilled to be in the middle of all the action.
Kate was either running, trying to get into the water, or pushing her stroller. She was completely oblivious to everything else around her.
Max was cool as a cucumber - studying the waterfalls, enjoying the climbing potential of every bench in sight and waving to absolutely every person.
