My Sweet Little Boy

Alexander is 3 months old.  Oh, how I love every inch of his little body that seems to grow and change by the day.  He is so smiley and LOVES LOVES LOVES when we talk to him.  He is so expressive with his eyes, smiles, and wiggles.  He is on the verge of a giggle...any day now! He plays with his hands continuously and sucks on his fingers. He has slept through the night twice! He is happy just about anywhere -  on the floor, in the bjorn, in the stroller, in the car, in his bed.  He is simply a happy, content little boy!

Alexander's Baptism

Alexander Adam was baptized at Fearrington Village by my Aunt Sue.  We were fortunate to have my entire family in town and Ken and Mary Ellen were back from Maine.  It was a perfectly gorgeous morning in the gardens counting our blessings and surrounding Alexander with so much love.  So many sweet moments were captured by my friend Jenn and Lana (sorry for the picture overload).

Aunt Sue Visits

My Aunt Sue came to town for a fun visit to celebrate Anna's birthday and to baptize Alexander. In between celebrations, she spent oodles of time with the kids doing crafts and reading stories.  Peter and I got a date night.  Anna, Alex, Aunt Sue and myself enjoyed a little picnic at a park before heading back to Minnesota. It was a wonderful visit and I am looking forward to her next visit.

Anna's Birthday Album

Anna is 3!

Anna is a little firecracker with a sweet, compassionate, energetic, silly, curious, loving personality. She loves her siblings more than anything.  She adores her big sister, likes to play with Max in his room and has a sweet spot for Alexander always kissing and hugging him.  Her favorite way to spend an afternoon is playing dress-up and taking care of her babies.  That said, she will drop everything for a story or project. Anna looks forward to school, swim lessons, the library, the park, going on long walks and simply playing outside.  She has a vivid imagination and talks nonstop. :)
