First Day of Preschool

The kids' first day of preschool was a success!

Kate was excited all morning and loved her new pinks shoes with bows! When she came home she told me, "Mommy, I go pee-school." with such pride.  She told me about sharing time, playing, story time, singing songs, the brown cookie she had for a snack, and the playground.

Max was super excited about his new shoes and understood he was going to preschool.  He was a little anxious when he got to school but was all smiles when he got home.  His recollection of the day was a bit more succinct, "I go preschool. I play playground."

Hooray!

Thank you Yelena and Mimi for chronicling the day for us!

What a great day seems to be had by all. Looks like they will enjoy this adventure. Must tug at your heart to see them leave. But at least it is not time for Kindergarten! Yikes! Not ready for that by any means. They seem happy and that is what counts. You did so many activities to prepare them for this adventure and listening etc.
Awesome YOU! Love and hugs, YVBA
