Kate, Max and neighbor Emma went to Jordan Lake Boating Camp this week. The kids were on boats touring all parts of the lake the entire week in addition to learning to kayak, paddle board, sail and fish. They came home every night, covered in dirt and sand, smelling of lake water (the bookbags and lunch boxes may not recover), sunkissed, exhausted and HAPPY. They both had so many stories to share including - the fish that got away, the paddle board "dab", homemade pospiscles, the pregnant bunny, paddle board jetski, the underdog, so many games, the coves, the damn and the list goes on... Not to mention, Anna, Alex and I REALLY enjoyed picking them up each afternoon! Kate said one day, "...this is the best camp of my entire life!" Both have asked if they can go again next year??? :) Thank you Captain Don and Crew for an amazing week!!!
