One morning, Kate decided they should have a lemonade stand...then we discussed the temperature and she decided a hot chocolate stand might be better. Anna was concerned she was not going to be able to help UNTIL she decided that we could bake for the hot chocolate stand. Max was concerned about the financial aspect of this whole enterprise! So it was born, a Hot Chocolate Stand with muffins and cookies all for $0.25 each! We shopped, decorated, baked, texted neighbors and set up our stand! The kids were very supported by our neighbors and extremely surprised when Mimi and Pop Pop rolled up from Greensboro asking for 2-hot chocolates with extra marshmallows! I was so proud of my little loves for working so hard to make this goal a reality! It was such a fun, positive experience for all of us!
