In between sports, performances, and school stuff the kids love an opportunity to get together with friends. 

Cousin Egg Hunt

Anna's annual cousin egg hunt was EGGstra special! She made an invitation, set up an extravagant egg hunt complete with scavenger hunt, golden eggs and Bunny Buck store, a gorgeous lunch with handmade cookies, egg decorating, and play time.  It was quite the EGGstravaganza!

Collarbone Update

Two weeks after fracturing his collarbone, Alex got cleared to ditch the sling! Woohoo!  

Fairy Park

In Cary Park there is a Fairy Park started by two little boys and their cousins.  They visit Fairy Park often and add a few more details when inspiration hits!

Eno

Alex suggested a hike along the Eno River today! It was a gorgeous spring day and we were excited to wear shorts and see what Buckquarter trail looked like since  last summer. Boat races, bartering, snakes, turtles, and a little random dancing made a a super fun morning on the Eno!

Hurricane Hockey

 Alex was invited to join the cousins at the Hurricane Hockey game this weekend.  Such a treat!

Learning Experience

 I had such an awesome opportunity to join Leo for his Winter Learning Experience!  They had a penguin craft, built marshmallow snowmen, made a donut snowman treat to take home, and did an experiment to understand blubber.
