Panoramic View Christmas Tree Farm
For the first time, we found our own Christmas tree straight from the side of the mountain. Mimi found her tree as well. We spent over 2 hours roaming through the trees.
Rocky Knob Retreat
We escaped to the mountains this weekend. We stayed in a wonderful little cabin on the edge of a mountain in Lenoir, NC. We made the most of our time - we picked our own Christmas tree at Panoramic Views Christmas Trees, climbed Silvervale Falls, explored, played ping pong, drank hot chocolate by the fire and enjoyed some extra special time with Mimi. It was the most perfect weekend!

Bittersweet End
The girls found Despereaux had passed away at their 1:30am feeding. Everyone is a little sad but know they offered a very loving, warm, dry home for him. They said their hearts are sad that he is gone but happy they knew they did all they could to make his short life comfortable.
