Turtle Camp

We dropped Anna off at Carolina Odyssey  - a marine biology and surfing camp in Topsail. So excited to hear about her adventures!!!

Karen Beasley Turtle Center

 Alex and I toured the Karen Beasley animal hospital. We learned so much about the 5/7 species of turtles that visit and nest on Topsail island. We also learned about the reasons and rehab involved at the center. The unique stories of the currently 14 visiting turtles was very touching and we saw the personalities of each turtle shine through!

 

 

1870s Farm Camp

 A week of fun in the sun with all the cousins and friends! The kids worked in the apothecary and made their own tea bags, baked pretzels, fished, played with all the animals (bunnies, chicks, horse, alpaca, pony, llama, goats, cats, dog), participated in veterinary school, loads of water play time and field favorites like Gaga ball. It was a blast! 

Europe 2025: Travel

Kate and Max have been saving and preparing for this trip for two years!  They are off on an epic 10 day trip to France, Switzerland, Germany, and Czech Republic!

Blueberry Picking

 We had a blast with our cousins this morning picking (and eating) blueberries at Herndon Hills Farm.

 Anna and friends spent the day at Emerald Point celebrating summer birthdays!

Golf Camp

 First Tee golf camp at Knights Play was an awesome experience for Alex! They played oodles of games involving putting and chipping and worked on the long game too!!! He came home all smiles every day!
