A huge highlight of Rome was Vatican City! We had an amazing guide who pointed out so many incredible artifacts, frescoes, art, and symbols throughout the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Square & Basilica. She really helped us make the connections and tell the story of the Vatican.
