We got together for our annual lefse making party to stock up for the year! Mom and Dad prepared the potatoes. Papa D and I prepared the dough balls. I rolled out the dough. Liz and Lana baked them on the griddle. It is a two day process (5 hours each day). We all left with a lot of lefse, a coating of flour from head to toe, and a greater appreciation for what my Grandma Johnson did on her own every year! 🤪😂
