Anna, Alex and I had a fun field trip to the NC Zoo! We saw the newest member of the zoo family, a baby giraffe, and fed the adult giraffes. The elephants met us at the gates. The canines kissed our hands. The gorillas could not keep their eyes off Anna. The bees attacked Alex (twice) leading to an emergency call to the park rangers! We narrowly avoided a copperhead while discovering a real arrowhead! The whole trip was filled with amazing adventures and incredible memories!
