Teet-Teet

Oh My Goodness, we saved a baby bird!  A robin built a nest in our tree.  A baby bird was born, two eggs lost. The baby bird kept falling out of the nest and we kept returning it to the nest for a week.  Then we moved the nest and baby to a bird house because it was unstable.  Anna hand fed it for 24 hours until the Momma found him!  Peter and the kids made a modification to the bird house, so the Momma could access him more easily. Huge excitement when the Momma found him and fed him.  Then he popped out of the nest again but this time, he was able to get up and hop away on his own.  We watched as the Momma "trained" him and fed him on the ground.  Our job is done and Anna is already missing Teet Teet terribly.
