Eno River

For the Fourth of July, we took the kids to the Eno River for a fun day of play!  We played in the river most of the day - climbing rocks, sliding down waterfalls, building rock sculptures, making music with logs, building rock forts and pools and discovering wildlife.  We stopped to refuel with a simple little picnic.  We ran into dear old friends who told us about this river years ago when their boys were little - so cool!!!  It was the perfect day!
