Anna May's Baptism Photo Shoot

 

Pre-Party

Anna's baptism was this weekend (another post) so we had a lot of visitors.  We had an absolutely wonderful day Saturday catching up, playing, eating, and enjoying some great weather. A few of the many highlights:

Primary Colors Everywhere

The return of the exersaucer has brought back a lot of fun memories of Max and Kate.  I am not sure who is having more fun, the twins or Anna?!?!

Creative Mischief

Yes, this is the basketball hoop (on its side) being used as a school bus.  Max is the bus driver.

Jenn's Baby Shower

Shannon and I hosted a baby shower for Jenn's second baby boy, Ethan Peter! It was so much fun to meet friends of Jenn's from every facet of her life.  

Shannon and I enjoyed all the planning and preparation.

We played a very simple game that people too VERY seriously!

A couple of friends added some creative flair to our culinary treats!

Jenn got some really wonderful gifts, some she needed, some she wanted and a few surprises for Coby and Alain too! As she opened gifts, the person whose gift she was opening shared a special memory of the two of them.  

Jenn, you are are dear friend and an exceptional Mom! 

I am looking forward to resuming our afternoons on the back patio!!!
