Kate offered to help in Alex's classroom today since they had a teacher workday.  The teachers were so excited to have and extra set of hands in the classroom and the kids fell in love with her.

Whales for a Cause

Until September 30, you can color/deisgn a whale and post #WhalesForACause on your favorite social media to help feed hungry kids.  Vineyard Vines is working with No Kid Hungry to raise money and awareness for this special cause. Feel free to follow the LINK and post your own whales.  We had a group of kids come over after school and color while we ate snacks. Such a fun and simple Friday afternoon.

Pop Pop

A year ago, Ken passed away.  We miss him dearly! We recognize that the memories, love and dedication to his family will live on in each of us in our own special ways. In reflecting on Pop Pop's life and his impact on ours we are left with the passion to take control of our own lives and never postpone joy.

Join the Pack

I was helping out my neighbor for a couple of days with her dog Kaya!  Kaya is the alpha dog and very well trained and Finn follows right along - so it was a pretty easy gig for me!

Finn

We decided to take Finn to a couple of ballgames to see if he was ready for public social events. He has done extremely well - he is super friendly with everyone, wants to meet every dog he sees and especially loves kids petting him!

Baseball

Max's team did so well this week! They won their game 19-1!!! There was stealing and a home run. Our pitchers were spot-on and unwavering. There was a lot of learning and the boys took the constructive feedback well.

T-ball

I know I just posted about t-ball last week, but seriously, how cute is this little green machine?!?! The coach is so amazing with this group of boys.  Kate, Max, and Anna all help with the practice, snack distribution and base coaching. Such a wonderful way to start our Saturday morning.
