Special Friends

Jenn and I decided to join forces while our husbands were traveling!  We met up at a nearby park and played hard, followed by backyard fun, dinner and a viewing of Frosty The Snowman! Love these days with good friends and vino!

Birthday Treat!

We had the very rare opportunity to celebrate Bennett and Nora's birthdays in NC this year.  Bennett is turning 3 and Nora is turning 1.  We absolutely loved running around with our cousins at the park and giving Nora lots of extra hugs and kisses! It means so much that we got to be a part of this celebration!

RUDOLPH

Liz, Brandon and I surprised the kids with a trip to see Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer the Musical in Raleigh! The kids were totally surprised and loved every minute!

Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours.  We hope everyone was able to enjoy the day in their own special way with friends and family. 

Surprise Visitors

Mimi and Pop Pop dropped by for a surprise visit.  The kids had a blast playing outside, having a picnic, building with Peter's old Construx, creating a home for Squeakers with cardboard and fabric and reading stories. Thanks Mimi and Pop Pop for the memorable impromptu day!

Leaves

We spent a perfect fall afternoon outdoors raking leaves, having a tea party and riding bikes!

I guess other creatures had the same idea!

Thanksgiving Feast

My little Turkey an Indian filled my heart with so much joy at the Thanksgiving Feast. 

Alex stood on the big stage for the first time as a Turkey!

Anna proudly showed off her headdress as "Hopping Bunny" and blessed the meal for all.

No School Fun!

The kids had an exceptionally wonderful day off from school!  The three big kids started the day with camp at gymnastics.  Then a few friends came home with us for lunch, movie, craft and play time.  Then we went to the park and on a long walk around the lake!  The kids were exhausted and happy!

Baseball Finale

Max finished up another awesome season of great hits and awesome plays! We love Coach Thomas and all his teammates! 

Fall Learning Experience

Kate and Max had their class learning experience! We had a blast playing games, doing projects, listening to stories and making our own snacks!
