Bike Club

Kate, Max and neighbor Emma created a Bike Club now that they are all without training wheels.  Anna is an honorary member!  Thanks to Ms. Carin's encouragement and support, we have been going on some awesome adventures!

Ocean Grahams

Kate had a friend over, so we wanted to do a fun food project.  Kate decided on the ocean grahams! Super cute!

South America

Peter was invited to lecture at a conference in Chile. It was an incredible experience! He enjoyed the lectures and hospital visit.  He had some amazing food and dinners. They organized a group tour of Santiago one day.  They also went on a tour of Valparaiso - visiting a local vineyard and the beach. Such an amazing experience. The girls were amazed by the alpaca stories. Max was thrilled that they have their own monetary system to add to his collection.  Alex was excited to have "Dadda Home?!?!"

Books & Bubbles

We took advantage of a rainy day and hung out at the library for two story times and left with multiple bags full of books. We did a little "carb-loading" (for our swim meet later in the day) at Panera while we read some of our new books. Such a fun way to spend a rainy morning!

Belated Father's Day

Our sweet Daddio was traveling over Father's Day in South America. So, we spread out the love and celebration over a couple of weeks. We had a wonderful date night at Pancuito in Hillsborough. The kids showered him with adorable cards upon his return from Chile. We took him out for brunch (his favorite meal of the day) at Coquette! The man loves his food almost as much as he loves us!

We are very grateful for such a hard-working, inspiring, creative, genuine, thoughtful Dad. He fills our hearts and minds with so much love and wonder!

Baseball Season Wrap-Up

Max wrapped up his baseball season with a super silly baseball practice (parents vs. kids) and a final game followed by a medal ceremony and picnic.  

Thanks Grandma Mary for making the trip to support Max.

Quick Pick

Buckwheat Farm opened the blueberry season this week! Grandma Mary joined us before Max's baseball game for a quick pick - we ended up with a gallon of berries!

First Meet!

Our first swim meet was a huge success.  The kids had a BLAST, they swam hard and the team won!

Swim Lessons

Anna started swim lessons with Ms. Chloe.  She is working on kicking, freestyle arms and breathing, floating on her back, & jumping off the side.  We love Ms. Chloe and swim lessons! 

Pool Play Date

Jenn, Coby, Ethan, Shannon and Hadley met us at the pool one morning! Such an easy, relaxing way to hang out with seven kids!
