Maine: Apple Island & Fort Knox

We love visiting Fort Point State Park (aka Apple Island) and exploring the beaches, picnicking under the bell and seeing the lighthouse. 
We went a little further this year to check out Fort Knox - probably one of my all time favorite forts!
