This seems to be a curious subject among parents especially those with kids between the ages of 3-5... For our four year olds, one seems to need more nap time than the other. Regardless of the needs vs. wants I have happily adopted one of the many brilliant tips I have learned from my neighbor:

ReplyDeleteNate will be 6 next month and still has "rest time" every day. I think it's good for him to have some quiet time alone in his room to do legos, read books, etc. He naps during that time MAYBE 1x/wk.
But Abby still takes a 2 hr nap & oh how I relish those 2 hrs!! :)
